Established in 1990, the research of the Centre for Economic Reform and Transformation focuses on the transition economies of Central and Eastern Europe,
the former Soviet Union and East Asia.
More recently, CERT's research has expanded to include
emerging economies throughout the world.
CERT is active in a wide range of research and consultancy activities, and also offers educational opportunities for postgraduate students and visiting scholars.
